These terms apply to commissions requested through my main form, commercial and ko-fi commission terms may vary slightly.>PAYMENT
Work will not begin until payment is received. Commissions $80 and above have the ability to be paid 50% upfront, and the second half will be due upon approval of the sketch. Work will not continue from that point until the second half is received.>PROCESS AND DELIVERABLES
For art completed past a sketch, at least one initial sketch will be sent to you for approval before continuing to lineart/coloring, and at least one more progress update will be sent before the final. Upon completion of the commission you will receive a high-resolution image of the end result. This will be sent to the email address you provide as either an attachment or a google drive link.>USE
- Commissions made through my forms or ko-fi are for private use only. To discuss commercial work, please email me directly at [email protected].
- Once you have received the final image you are free to use it as a profile photo, wallpaper, or other things of that nature. If using it as a profile photo, please credit me in your bio. You are also free to print it out for your own private use using a home printer, as long as the printed image(s) are not going to be used for sale. If you are considering having a print made by an outside service, please inform me. If it is not a store service like Redbubble or Society6, I will likely allow it and would just want to be aware.
- If the commission is a gift for someone other than yourself, the recipient alone is the one who gets to use the image.
- As the commissioner and/or recipient of a private use commission you are NOT permitted to sell the image, or reproduce it in any way for profit. If the image is to be shared with others, especially on social media, you MUST tag me, credit me in the caption, or otherwise make it known that I created the image.
- My art is not to be used for any NFT, blockchain, or AI related purposes, under any circumstances.
If you have a use for the image that is not covered above and you are unsure if it is acceptable, feel free to contact me at any time and I will gladly discuss it with you.>CONDITIONS
I reserve the right to refuse any request. If I feel I cannot go through with your request, I will notify you by email and an invoice will not be sent. If I have begun your commission but determine that I cannot finish it for whatever reason, I will send a full or partial refund depending on how far along the art is.
